Are package prices listed on the website?
No — every session and wedding is quoted individually after a free consultation. It depends on location, duration, number of photos and products (albums, prints, digital files).
What does the free consultation include?
A short email or phone call — whatever suits you. We discuss your vision, location, timeline and budget with no obligation. You'll receive a custom quote afterwards.
What are “extreme” sessions and are they safe?
Sessions in unusual locations — kayaks, gallop, climbing and more. They're always planned in advance with risk assessment and support crew when needed. Safety comes first.
Do you shoot weddings and sessions abroad?
Yes — I work in Poland and worldwide. I help with logistics, travel and a backup plan if the weather changes.
How does the client area and payment work?
After registration and agreeing terms you pay a deposit (bank transfer or BLIK to phone — no gateway fees). After the session you pick photos from your gallery, pay the balance for your package and any extras, and can order prints and albums.
When will we receive our photos?
Timing depends on the scope — it's set in your contract. Previews appear in the client area when the gallery is ready; full quality after payment clears.
Can we order albums or prints?
Yes — I work with professional labs including nPhoto. Format, number of images and binding are agreed after your session, individually.
